1) Become a “Rising Star”:
Submit your (or your loved one’s or pet’s) “Before” picture and story. Just tell us in 50 words or less who you are and why YOU (or your loved one or pet) could use encouragement or help in conquering an annoying skin or hair condition.
In order for you to be considered for selection, please print out, sign and return the release form printed below and agree to post your picture and story here for others to encourage you; in addition, we will need one “After” Picture and story later. (If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must sign it, also.) If you are selected, you can check back and read the encouraging comments as you start on your journey.
We will review your situation and, if selected, you will be chosen to receive one FREE bottle of skin care, hair care or pet care in the formula/type you request to get you or your loved one or pet started on your skin/hair/pet care transformation. [Note: Only your first name will be used. No last names or identifying information, other than city, state or country will ever be published. Your privacy and protection will be our first concern.]
Also, only tasteful pictures, etc., will be accepted. If you have a scanner, you can send us your photo, release form and story directly to our email address. Just email us at: FlawlesslyYours@msn.com and tell us your story. If you do NOT have a scanner, then you can mail or fax your photo, release form and story to our address listed below. (Sorry, photos cannot be returned, so please MAKE COPIES!)

2) Become a member of our “Hall of Fame”:
If you have used Flawlessly Yours! for a minimum of TWO MONTHS, or have seen a NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE in your own, loved one’s or pet’s appearance or condition using our product, just send in your “After” Picture and tell us your story. Tell us who you are and how you, your loved one or pet have conquered an annoying condition, and do so in 50 words, or less. (Download form below.) We will review your situation and, if selected, you will be chosen to have your photo recognized here on a “Celebrity Magazine Cover.” Think of how proud you’ll be to have your family and friends see you or your loved one/pet getting recognition just for “lookin’ good!”
